We offer affordable online counselling for clients of all ages, throughout the UK.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem or just want somebody to talk to – our dedicated counsellors are here to help.

Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk to a trained professional about your concerns, worries, feelings and emotions in a safe environment free of criticism and the fear of being judged.

Good practice

Our counsellors are registered members of the BACP (British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), the NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society), or the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).

All of our Counsellors adhere to their membership code of ethics and guidelines for good practice, and receive regular supervision.

Counselling is a confidential service. Information will not be passed to anyone without your consent.

How to get started

1. Book your online Initial Assessment

Your first step is a 50-minute online assessment with Mindworx. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for, and how we can match you with the right therapist. This appointment costs £40.

2. We match you with a suitable counsellor

After your online assessment, we’ll match you with a counsellor who is suited to your needs, preferences and availability.

3. Begin weekly online counselling

Start regular weekly online sessions with your matched counsellor. Your counsellor will be qualified, insured and registered with a recognised professional body such as BACP, NCPS or UKCP.
